O Cabo Carvoeiro situa-se sobre o oceano Atlântico, no concelho de Peniche, Distrito de Leiria, em Portugal. Neste local foi erguido o Farol do Cabo Carvoeiro, devido aos inúmeros naufrágios ocorridos nesse trecho do litoral. Ponto extremo ocidental de Portugal, a oeste deste acidente geográfico localiza-se o pequeno arquipélago das Berlengas http://arcoirisreloaded.aminus3.com/image/2007-06-25.html .

Tu deves andar a seguir-me, ai ai ai, primeiro Veneza, depois Peniche :-). É de facto um local muito belo e com um clima muito particular. Aposto que deves ter aí na forja uma foto da praia do Baleal que tem mar dos dois lados e onde há uma "ilha" cujo único acesso é pelo caminho dessa praia rodeada de água. Um sítio que me ficou na memória.

De facto é uma pena não teres visitado esse local pois é, não diria único, mas sim especial e invulgar e até pode passar despercebido se não se tomar muita atenção. Quanto às minhas fotos de Veneza, não é certo que as vás ver, pois como já disse nessa altura ainda não tinha máquina digital e se o tempo já é pouco para vir aqui ler os comentários e comentar as fotos, então para digitalizar essas fotos de Veneza ainda é menos... Pode ser que um dia escolha 1 ou 2 que ficaram melhorzitas e as digitalize, mas não prometo :)

@Gonçalo: Pois de facto o tempo é pouco... Tinha comprado a máquina digital quando fui a Itália ( em 2005 ), que entretanto se partiu ( nesse ano também), por isso comprei outra muito melhor o ano passado.
Mas se um dia tiveres tempo, eu certamente gostarei de ver as tuas fotografias de Veneza.

Great shot - I get the impression that a kneeling human figure is looking out towards the horizon. Interesting what the eye will read, no?

E acrescento mais. Num passado distante, as Berlengas estavam ligadas a este mesmo cabo, por um canal de terra. Mas com os movimentos geológicos e a própria erosao, esse canal deixou de existir, fazendo com que as Berlengas ficassem sós no meio do mar. Uma fotografia imponente.
