I will give you a suggestion, if you don't like it forget it...
The yellow teeshirt attracts first the eyes and becomes the main subject. A crop of the top to take it out would be better for me. It will cut a bit the hat but it is not a problem. Other solutions like changing the color teeshirt are also possible...
