I like both of them, you really notice the texture in the black/white one, but in the color one, we can see the bright yellows in the flower :)

Beautiful these bright colors in the dry cornfield(?) and the composition is perfect. If you don't mind me saying ;) I think the photo is a bit too over sharpened, but maybe that's what you wanted to achieve.
